My advise is that you ask for APU to give you another letter for the next intake… Unless your son can convert the work of 2 weeks, which won’t be easy specifically if he’s in a degree program….
If you tell APU that your son won’t he able to make it on time they’ll automatically put him in the next intake…
As you have yet to get your VAL and that takes around 3 weeks and your sons’ intake is on 18th then you have to give 7-8 to embassy for the sticker visa if you’re from the country where visa is required if not then you’re lucky you still have 2 weeks ask the institution that your sons’ profile has not been created
We are yet to receive the application documents and payment from the institution. Kindly contact the institution directly and request that they submit the application documents and payment. This will enable us to initiate the processing of the application.
