Hi Awais Muhammad,
You may apply for a Student Pass. However, you will be required to undergo the post-VAL medical screening after you enter Malaysia. If you are certified to be unfit to study, we will not issue the Student Pass and you will be required to exit the country.
thats is what i am asking is a diabetic patient unfit
You need to call your institute for a better response! Or any emgs clinic registered in Malaysia and call them personally it will be quick then!
