Dear EMGS Officers,

In Reference to my last email case number: 984432 , I want to ask you if I can get VAL for a couple of months and I will retake the TOEFL when I arrive to Malaysia. I will be very grateful if you can help me with that. Please help me out with that and upon my arrival to malaysia I will retake the TOEFL, IELTS or any exam you want to renew my VAL because as I explain to you in my last email, There is no TOEFL or IELTS in my country.

  We require the official TOEFL results. Kindly note that the results are required in order to process your VAL application. We advise that you liaise with your institution for further assistance on this.
