I assume a document is requested from your university. This takes time for the university to prepare the document and send it through courier to emgs. What you need to do is to check the yellow flag and see what is required. If emgs is waiting for a document from the university, contact your university to ensure it is sent. Anyways, send an email to emgs to inquire about that giving them your passport number and nationality.
