My passport number is BW0984275. My emgs percentage is stuck at 15% as you mentioned that my passport name does not tally with my academic transcript. But I think there has been a mistake. Because if you check properly you will see in my passport my SURNAME is SALMA and my GIVEN NAME is UMME. So it stands UMME SALMA which will be found in my academic transcripts. In all bangladeshi passports our names are written in this way. And also there is no spelling mistake. Please recheck this situation as you can see surnames cannot be written first. Thank you.
