Dear EMGS.
I want to make a new VAL, but my previous VAL still exist(70%) and already expired. I already call and sent my file by E-mail to Visa Unit at my University to cancel my previous VAL.But, untill now there is no response from Visa Unit. What should i do to apply my new VAL. Help me and thank you for your kindness.my passport number is B5545019.

  Kindly liaise with your institution and request that they cancel the current VAL. Your institution is also required to send us a request to close the application.
