Evryone. My app now 35% since 13 september, how many day can be changed into 70%

  It’s with immigration department so it’s gonna be from 7-10 days.

      Immigration needs to decide whether to allow you to come to Malaysia. It takes anywhere from 7-10 working days for them to decide. If they like you, you get a VAL. IF not, your VAL application will be Rejected
