I have applied for visa renewal, but system shows 0% = record created, waiting for payment and additional documents. I have already given all documents to the international office and paid aswell. When I ask them, they say they r waiting for bank draft. Pls suggest me whaf to do

  Nothing much you can do in case of renewal because your uni is supposed to do everything on your behalf (applying, payment, submitting documents etc). If they are not moving quickly enough then you should probably push them. EMGS will only start processing one they receive all your details from your uni

    I have pushed them but to no avail, literally baffles me how slow the process is

  I’ve spoken to my university department, hopefully can be processed soon and I can go home for Deepavali
