Hello, EMGS I am a new student. I have submitted my passport to the university on 3 Sept until now for more than 23 days already. Coud you speed up the process for my application because l have to go back my country,because my mother is sick and her condition is difficult. My passport is A10698462 ،، I booked on 30th September. Please help me

  Hi Hagrs,
  
  We received your passport on the 12th of September for the Student Pass endorsement. The endorsement process takes 14 working days. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
  
  Kindly note that applicants are not encouraged to make travel arrangements prior to the endorsement of the Student Pass. We will notify your institution once the passport is ready for collection.
  
  We wish your mother a speedy recovery.
