Hi sir
It has been more than 3 weeks since my application is stuck at 30% yellow. My university has told me numerous times that they’ve already submitted the pending documents to EMGS 3 weeks. But EMGS is saying they haven’t got the pending documents. I don’t understand who to believe.
Sir, My only request is Please continue with my application. I have to reach my university before next week and if i don’t then my university won’t allow me to enter for this semester. I hope you can understand.

  We are yet to receive any additional documents from your institution. Kindly request the institution to provide you with proof that the documents have been submitted to EMGS. We will only process your application further upon receipt of the additional documents from the institution.
