Dear Emgs officers my application is still at 32% and you guys received my Documents along with my payments at 19/08/19 passport number p00659566

  Hi Abas,
  
  Please be informed that we are in the process of submitting the application to the Immigration Department. Once the application has been submitted to the Immigration Department, it will take approximately 7 working days for the issuance of the Visa Approval Letter (VAL). However, the decision is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
