Hi Tanvir,
The processing of a VAL application takes 14 working days from the date we receive the complete application documents and payment from the institution. However, the approval to issue the VAL is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
Kindly note that the application will only reach 100% after the endorsement of the Student Pass.
