Hey, I am a Nigerian also. Make sure the form is from the medical page of emgs website and keep sending them supporting it with your identity data which are your name, passport number and application number.

If your institution have already sent the document,then we will review and notify your institution accordingly. Please be advised that if you are free from all the mentioned diseases, you should tick in the “Yes” box and if you have any of the mentioned diseases, you should tick “No” on the specific disease. Thank you.

Thank you very much for notifiying me, i really made a mistake while filling the form instead of ticking YES i ticked No and it was oversight. So please i am withdrawing the former one i submitted and i am going to fill another form appropriately for the completion of my Val processes.

Dear EMGS, I think something is wrong with the order of the form. I ticked “NO” in the form which means I don’t have all the diseases and the documents have been submitted to the immigration, how can this be corrected?
