How can we do what you suggest if the approval from the university we received in August, then we did the medical check in home county which took two weeks more or less then we applied for VAL, as you can see it’s impossible to apply for VAL 2months earlier.
As an advise don’t Criticize if you don’t have the whole picture.

not all people i think. in my case, i was informed that my class will start at September so right at that moment i completed my requirements then after 3 and half month it turns rejected so the school send an appeal then just Friday it turns out rejected again. I’ve been waiting for so long but still they rejected my application knowing that i submitted all their requirements. i think they’re become unreasonably slow and wrong in rejecting some of the applicants whose applying for a student visa. Just saying base on my 3experience.
