I am very sad. My application stuck in 15% since one month because of my academic results . I am waiting for the university to issue it since one month. Until now they did not . I have very limited time to come and register …I don’t know what to do , very disappointed

  Nag your university until they send them

  You need to convey this to your university dean or vice chancellor through application or formal meetup . I hope they will listen to you.
