Hie can anyone help?
I’ve arrived for my studies in Malaysia but i am a month late and i want to defer but i fear rejection of my VAL when i apply again

  Kindly contact your institution and seek for their advice in regards to the deferment. As for the new VAL, the approval to issue the VAL is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
