@mukhtiar Hi, I have applied for visa renewal on 9th of May and my student record was created on 12th of May. But still it is 0%. I don’t know why it is not progressing
Shah jee consult with your institute there is something wrong in your application, once student record created it start from 5%

Dear @mukhtiar sir, I have asked the university office, they said that we have send the documents to EMGS, there is no issue at there side.
