Hello there, I submitted my passport last week at uni after receiving an email notification from you. Soon after I received another email notification from you requesting my insurance cover note. This document was given along with all other required documents at the very initial stage of my renewal application. To my understanding, I would not have been asked for my passport had my document check had not already been approved, correct? Why am I receiving this isolated email at this late stage of my application process? Appreciate a response urgently as I am now back at uni waiting to speak with a rep here.
