If your university is public you can do it after you reach malaysia, but if it’s private you have to do both pre-Val medical check up before you get the val and post-arrival check up once you’re in Malaysia

Yes, whats your institution? You can double check with it just in case.
I will study in unimap .. english course first then i will study engnieering
You can do it in Malaysia but you need to leave before your application starts processing because your VAL may be rejected if you are in Malaysia while applying for the Student Visa
I’m not in malysia right now … this is my first time .. first application
Then it’s better to do it where you are now. No need to complicate things
The person who applied for me said you dont need to do it until you arrive to Malysia .. but i’m worried
