Your visa approval letter val application was submitted to the immigration department for approval purposes. The issuance of your val is entirely at discretion of the immigration department.

Brother, it doesn’t say that your VAL is refused yet. Also clarify that did you get offer letter from your new university ?
I got my offer wit my university since 14 April this year.

Brother, as from your emgs remarks, it doesn’t show your val is refused so you shouldn’t worry yet. your immigration history is bit complicated because you changed the university already two times and applying for 3rd time now. From website it says you can only change two times. Secondly, If you got offer, that means your university will definitely write an explanation letter to immigration to show that why you changed universities so far and why you’re a genuine student. If your explanation letter is solid proof, you shouldn’t have any worries but still I’m only concerned because you already changed two times
I do never change my university since my first university this is the first time I apply for VAL I never change any university you got me Right bro.
But I will be patient to see this week if things can be good and alright.

35% does not mean you are refused , that is mean your VAL under process in immigration to approve , it will take less than 30 days to approve .
How do you known that it will take long time b4 approval do you experience this situation
