how many days it took to be green again? for me it has been 3days still stuck in yellow, what are you doing? do yoi contact the university?
My application was stuck at yellow 15% since 24 July then I sent the document they asked on 1st August to university then university forwarded it to emgs and on 15th August it turned green
Yes contact university and keep in touch with them email or call them daily or else they become lazy
