my current status is 35% & all my documents submitted to emgs department.
how many time it takes to grown at 70%?

    Right now it depends only on the immigration office, it has nothing to do with the institution. UTM are usually very quick, responsive and cooperative. Mine went from 35% to 60% in 3 working days by the way and I am applying for UTM.
