same issue…my percentage is also still on 5% from last 20 day…i don’t know why it’s not increasing..there is no progress on my profile..i am also worried about it

The 15th and 16th of June 2018 was a Public Holiday and we do not work on weekends which may have caused a delay in the progress of your application.
The application may be on hold for various reasons.
You may also check with your institution if they have submitted the proof of payment to EMGS so we can begin processing the application.
