Masters
Yes, you will need the testimonial of your o level results. Especially when you have not got the O level Certificate.
I advise you go along with all your credentials. After the Authentication you will then request for letter of eligibility. Upon getting it, you will take your authenticated documents and the letter of Eligibility to Ministry of Foreign Affairs which is directly opposite Federal Ministry of Education for Authentication too.
I have my original waec certificate. Will they still ask for my secondary school testimonial.I also have my original BSc. How long did it take you to finish your authentication in Abuja?

For VAL just 10 day, SEV 3 days. Is your VAL appoved already?
