Hi I have submitted my passport on the 4th of may for student pass…i have cleared my medical after appealing on the 15th of may…but the university had failed to document my visa for a special pass and have simply apologised after not informing me about that when i visited them on the 1st of June…Now on the 4th of June they told me because they had failed to document it for a special pass after giving me a receipt for it….they are waiting for the passport to come with the special pass then they can apply for student pass…and i have been seeing my emgs app since 30th of may that emgs awaits my passport for student pass…H9624783…kindly please help
