Dear Emgs Officer,
I’m having a problem to deal with.. with the new visa application it got pending 2 times now it’s 30% pending and i need to go back maximum on 2nd june on almost half of ramadan to renew my entry/exit visa back in Saudi Arabia, which if I didn’t make it on time i will be facing a big trouble big risk and on the end of june I need to come back to malaysia as soon as possible for the short semester.. can i get clear explanation on my process why I’m having all this problems
