Same is my case، and How much percentage do you have?
80% but in yellow color, says pending additional documents from the institution required to proceed with my application.
SEV is “Single Entry Visa”. Basically, after your VAL is issued you can come to Malaysia…BUT if you are from a country that needs Visa to come to Malaysia, then you need to take your VAL to Malaysian Embassy and apply for SEV.

I’m from Iraq! We don’t have Malaysian embassy in here! In this case what should I do and how can I apply for it? How long it takes ???
I’ll recommend that you check with EMGS for the official answer but from what I know there are 2 scenarios.
1. Either you go to a Malaysian Embassy in a nearby country; or
2. You come to Malaysia with VAL only (there is exception for some countries).
Please email EMGS and confirm which one is true for Iraq.
