you need to submit you declaration of accommodation to you related people and they will send it to immigration office，and it take one or two weeks

I am stuck at submitting declaration of accomodation documents. Should I need to submit it by myself or I emailed the documents to the institution and institution will do the rest?
N.B: I applied the emgs and all other things by myself-
For the declaration of ur accommodation. The university should give you a form or document that you should fill in for all the details. Once you finish the form, then the uni will do the rest submit to emgs.

If it is yellow then it means there have been issues and u probably notified so resolve them to get green and then ongoing
