Salam EMGS officer,
My VAL was approved on 31 August and it’s been 4 working days but still there is no sign of download. Can you please let me know how many days still I need to wait. My passport number is BM0434939.please look into it, your help would be much appreciated.

  Zoya kindly send them Email at their enquiry email id with all your details they will reply you within 24 hours InsyAllah. Good luck

  My VAL was approved on 31st August still didn’t receive the download link. It’s stuck on 38% almost a week

  Same as here but 31st was public holiday ,1st and 2nd was weekend so it counts from 3rd ,Hopefuly you will get it today
