I dont think visa renewal needed you to pass an english test exam unless it is admission or VAL application.

Dear sir,I have a question to you that. I came in Malaysia last april. that time when I applied they inform me that next your you will have to provide ielts score with 5.0…. but I got 4.5….. but now that time they inform me that you will have to gain 5.0 in ielts exam for next years visa….
