Being a Tanzanian citizen with no malaysian embassy in my country, do I simply take my E-Val to Malaysia? Or do I need to apply for SEV?

  It doesn’t matter if there is no Malaysian embassy in your country, if you’re a visa required national, you have to get SEV before going to Malaysia and you can get it the nearest embassy (e.g neighboring states).
  Before all else, make sure if you’re a visa required* national.
