Hello, I met the same problem this morning and now it’s been resolved. The way I did that is
1. I used to log in on the web version EMGS, then I created a new account on EMGS app with the same email address that I used in web page.
2. Make sure that the lightness on your facial part is moderate.

Hi Hassan, I had the same problem and to fix it, go onto the EMGS website and head to the track my application website then put in your passport number and find your application – once you’ve done that, use the exact same name that is used in the application on the website and try and login from the EMGS app here using that name. Hope it works!
