Dear EMGS officer, my application is in progress with immigration depatment since Feb 09. It 8s stuck on 35% (green) since then. This is the last week of Feb for travelling to Malaysia as we have 07 to 09 day quarantine period as well. I have emailed several time but didnot get response. Kindly tell me, when the immigration depatment will issue me the VAL.
