Dear staff,
I’m sorry to bother you. My name is Zhu Shuhui. My passport number is EL1057293. Could you please help me to urge the progress of my EMGS. Generally speaking, it only takes 2-3 days from 32% to 35%. But, I have been staying at 32% for seven days now. I’m about to take the midterm exam soon, it’s very urgent now. If you can understand my predicament I will be grateful. Thank you very much.
