Dear officer,
I’m sorry to bother you. My name is Zhu Shuhui and my passport number is EL1057293. I want to ask when my EMGS can get 35%? My school has submitted the explanation letter for five days. However, the status remains 32% now.

My teacher asked me to enter Malaysia before November 20. Therefore, there is not much time left for me. I hope you could understand my situation.

  I think whe. Your application will reach at 70 percent then you can travel.

  My experience, my persentage from 32 to 35 spent 2 weeks and until now its still 35 for 7 weeks, i dont know why emgs works so slowly

    Could you please help to urgen it?Generally speaking, it only takes 2-3days from 32%to35%. However, I have been staying at 32 % for six days now. I’m about to take the midterm exam soon,it’s very urgent. If you could understand my predicament I would be grateful. Thank you very much .
