Dear EMGS processing team.
My name is ZHOU ZIQI, and my passport number is EK0509795. I would like to ask if my passport renewal progress is normal? My passport was shown at the immigration office 10 working days ago, but now the progress is still stuck at 80%. My family will come to Malaysia for a trip on September 10, and I want to take them around, so if it is convenient, please help the processing team to help me urge the passport. Thank you very much!
