Good afternoon
I have received an email from emgs saying that : “Please note that your application is on hold due to pending payment of the top up application ( ######### ). We will resume processing your application once the payment of top up application is completed.” Is it the charges incurred from making the corrections in my emgs application? I am unable to understand the meaning of top up application and what the number ######### denotes. Furthermore I am not given any further details about any information that may help me resolve or understand this issue, like payment information, method e.t.c.
Hence I ask you to kindly guide me about the matter so I can proceed further.
