Hello, I would like to ask about my new passport, entry and exit and student visa.
1.At present, I have a new passport that I just changed last Thursday, but my student visa is on November 19, 2026, but the school will have a summer vacation on July 20, 2026. I need to go back to China later. I would like to ask if I can go back to China directly with my new passport and old passport?
2.The second question is about my renewal. I need to renew my visa when I come to upm at the end of September next semester. I would like to consult about my situation. How should I renew my visa at present?

  Kindly be advised to liaise with the institution to proceed with the transfer endorsement process from your old to the new passport. You may make any travel arrangements to leave Malaysia until the process has been completed. With regard to the renewal application, it should be made as early as 3 months before the student pass expiry date. Therefore, please liaise with the institution for further assistance on this matter as they will apply in our system on your behalf.
