What you have done before? I mean which programme you were doing? If you have done foundation course before and couldn’t complete it within two year then no matter what university you transfer your val will still be rejected.
so can I apeal or need to go back country and reapply?
You’d better check with your university first what was the reason of rejection
so my special pass untill 30 Nov 2017 then I have exit at 30Nov?
