The above number is the application number. When you send us an email, you woudl receive a 7-digit case number. Kindly provide us with that number in order for us to assist you accordingly.

However, please be informed that your application is on hold due to the pending submission of the required documents from your institute.
EMGS specifically requests the institute to submit the documents and not the student. Take note that you may liaise with your institute in regard to this matter.
