    Hello EMGS officer,
    I wanted to know if you have yet received my new photo as requested from my institution yet and also wanted to know how much longer do I have to wait till I am able to get my eVal approval as my university will commence starting June 6th.

      Please note that your application is still pending additional documents. If your institution submitted your documents via email, kindly provide us with the case number in order for us to assist you accordingly.
