Nope, @risma. Honestly I do not know when EMGS is closed due to holidays or when they’re open. I’m just saying that it has been 10 days for me; I’ve progressed to 35% on the 30th of Jan. I’m new to this but I’ve got friends who’ve been guiding me, apparently for them it took 2-3 weeks so ‘m not too worried just yet.

What Colour do you have ? Yellow or Green . You or your institute required to provide addition documents for colour yellow and Green mean your application still on progress with Emgs .

Hello working days is from Monday to friday. But if any public holidays falls between that then it consider holiday so they dont work at that day. Like Friday last week was PH and Chinese new year Tuesday and Wednesday this week is holiday.
