Can someone help me, how do I get stamp on my certificate by Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia? What documents should I submit?

  Get stamped from your country foriegn ministry then Malaysian embassy I think not Malaysia higher education

  No. As my VAL was rejected, immigration requires my certificate to be stamped by Malaysia Higher education.
