Dear EMGS

When I apply online visa from windowsmalaysia website it shows that my photo is not according to the rules and that Photo been uploaded by EMGS to with my VAL and it automatically shows. What can I do? Is there any possibility that you can change it or adjust it for me? Please help. Thanks (N5218049)

  I also applied evisa from windows Malaysia and my whole application was done but I only stuck at payment process as I was doing it correctly thru my Visa card but it refused so many times so I get my visa from embassy now 🤧

  You have to apply for visa at the nearest embassy.

    For applying visa I need to have the original VAL where to get that? I’m from Sri Lanka
