My passports were sent for visa renewal back in 5th January. My friend submitted in 5th March and it is already ready for collection. Whereas mine is stuck at 55% for months now. What is going on? When will I get my passports back?

New passport no: EG0498654

  Hi Zahid,
  
  As per checking, we have submitted your passport to the Immigration Department on the 15th of March 2021. Please be informed that the Student Pass endorsement process takes 14 working days from the date we submit the Passport to the Immigration Department. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
