Hi, my university informed me that all my documents have been submitted, but my application still shows the yellow colour. Can you please tell me what is wrong. Thank you

  Please be informed that the documents were submitted to the Immigration Department. Kindly note that there is no stipulated time frame for the VAL extension application process. Rest assured, the institution will be notified of the application progress. Thank you
