Visa process in Malaysia is two way process. You applied n your university provide details to EMGS.

How can I applied for VAL via EMGS .-
Go to EMGS website, signup and apply for visa approval letter. It require to upload your documents and offer letter. If u need i will share with you the link.

Great. What’s the status of your application. If you require to submit declaration of accommodation then forward the EMGS email to “upu at the rate utm.my” and fill out the Google form they send you.
