Dear emgs I am a Djibiutian citizen and I’ve recently got the eVAL, I would like to ask if I need a SEV? On your website -EMGS- Djibouti is not in the list of countries required to obtain SEV but I’ve seen somewhere else that Djiboutian nationals need to obtain SEV before travelling to Malaysia. Could you please clarify this for me for me asap, already booked flights and planning to travel to Malaysia on next Wednesday.
