Hey take it easy pal. I just said what the process is. Your institution is supposed to send info of your confirmed residence in Malaysia to EMGS. If this has already been done and emgs is still not processing your application further, that is a different story. And no, 32% doesn’t necessarily mean emgs has accepted all documents.

You must submit declaration of confirmed address in malaysia and commencement of studies to ur institution. They will forward it to emgs and only then, the progression will increase
