Can I call my parents from my travel pass?

My brother is a student here, I think you misunderstood but no worries, you will be able to apply for your family once you reach here

I think you will get your pass in 2 weeks insha Allah, and then you can apply for my travel pass for your family, and that’s usually accepted in 4-5 days. Later you can call them on sev or social visa and once they come you can ask your university to issue visa for them.. Hope that helps..

Please someone tell me, one of my friend got home quarantine approval lately but by that time he already extended his flight. Now there is earlier date written on his approval form, will it be a problem. Should he apply again for the correct date or what should he do??
